Honda Accord Car Radio Problem!!!!!!!!?

Every time i turn on my car the radio goes through everything twice & them stops! When i say everything o mean like 2 seconds on FM1, then FM2, them AM, then CD! I think a CD got stuck in there & now everything is nuts! I have a 6 cd changer player! It had went back to normal a few days ago but as curious as my hubby is he, started messing with it &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& he messed it up again LOL Can anyone help me!
