My stomach is sore, & back hurts after gall bladder surgery?

Stomach is sore & feels like a hard balloon sometimes & my mid back hurts. I had gall bladder surgery 1 month ago. I also have have diahrea which leaves me feeling week and tired. Please let me know if you have any info. about this.
