About an Green Iguana?

My iguana PEZZ keeps on trying to bite and whip me and she is about 2ft long , its health is fine and everything and i do hold it alot , and its going through a rusty color changing phase i guess but how do i tame it , even when im holding her she keeps her minicensly -eye- look at my face and hisses when i walk by her cage i will hear a hiss then whip. what should i do?
