I can't think of a good topic for an UG Scots Law dissertation -time is running out and i'm sooooo indecisive!?

I had been considering the UK's alleged liability for involvement in rendition flights but was persuaded out of it - now i'm wondering about something criminal justice related, possibly sentencing practices, but I don't know if that's a viable option to get 15,000 words out of, or if I would be able to turn it into a question to be answered?! I'd appreciate any pointers!
