How do I explain my biuality to my friends?

Perhaps you can't and that is probably OK. Some gays don't like it and think "you're not gay enough" and some straights might go "make up your mind". The comment about being bi your whole life is pretty telling. You don't have to have your friends understand - you just have to accept yourself for who you are.
