I earned my highest ACT score on a test session where I didn't take Writing. Am I screwed?

I would definitely recommend talking to the admissions office, they might be able to work something out. If not I would just submit the writing tests. I mean if I'm not mistaken both 32 and 34 are well inside the 90th percentiles. And most colleges won't make their admission decision on tests. Besides you're usually only required to submit either ACT or SAT so you might want to just submit the SAT's.
