What is so great about cigarettes?

I have tried smoking socially but I only did it twice a day for a month and then I quit. I never allowed myself to get addicted. So to answer your question, yes I did enjoy it because it is fun and the nicotine works as an anti anxiety chemical. It's an instant feeling of relaxation and it's also a way of having something in common with other smokers. It's like a social and cultural behavior. Plus when you are taking breaks and smoking, your mind is less focused on food.
