What's going on with my ear!?!?

You know when your dirving in the back seat of a car that going fast with its windows down and you get that real by noise in your ears that wobbles back and forth? Well even if you don't, that's what's happening to my right ear since last evening and it won't go away! It's really irritating!! Might it be because I listen to my hyphy music too loud in the car?
