Please i know im not crazy?

okay so three days ago i was laying in the dark in my room and you know how you can hear the electricity in a room when all is silent? well i heard that and it bugged me so i un plugged every thing and laid in my bed i became quite tired and then i heard i t noise, i knew it was my heart beat cause when im lying sideways on a pillow i can hear it in my ears but there was a nother sound doubled over that im almost positive it was a second heart beat! i am not pregnant for i am a virgin and this is really creepy my heart was beating beep beep beep beep but between those i heard a quicker louder thud thud thud thud doubling over it . i thought i was really tired and imagining it but it happened again last night! help me!
