Is it even fair to be a coach in new englands division?

The afc east is a division that new england has been raping for a better part of a decade, Bill cower just turned down the jets job, and i think everyone knows why, It's not even competetive anymore, u think if tom was healthy miami would have beat ne? Will any team in the AFC east besides the pats ever be able to get a great coach recruited?? Great coaches want to play in bad divisions so they can whoop on bad teams!!! No one wants andy reids job or wade phillips cuz the nfc beast is too hard. Thats prbly y jerry jones hasnt Fired wade....he cant find anyone dumb enough to coach in that division.
