I need surgery for a fistula,after a hysteroectomy gone horribly wrong,help!!?

during the hysteroectomy the dr cut my ureter, sewed it shut & stitched my bladder.then he sent me home.2days later in excrutionationating pain i went back to the er because of course i was not told there was any complications during my surgery,since then i've had 6 surgeries to repair the damage done,including a stint.now i need a fistula because im leaking urine severly,if anyone has any knowledge of this procedure,how long i may be in the hospital for,& recovery time.i would appreciate any info.and yes i've got a lawer for a malpractice suit!!!
